How do I book a consultation?

Currently all consultations are booked via email. Please email theupstatedietitian@gmail.com for any/all inquiries.

Do you take insurance?

No, we currently do not accept insurance. Payment plans are available to help work with your budget and needs.

Are there any in-person consultations?

Yes! We do offer limited in-person Grocery Tours if you are local to the Saratoga/Glens Falls/Lake George, NY areas. Otherwise, all services are virtual and can be done from anywhere!

Can I work with you if I'm taking a GLP-1/GIP medication?

Yes! I encourage all GLP-1/GIP medication users to meet with a dietitian to ensure that you are meeting your nutrient needs. We can also help you manage side effects and ensure the shots help you achieve long-term health and success.
