"It was so great getting to work with and getting to know, Danielle! I feel like the meal planning, pantry tour, and follow ups were all super helpful since I was able to ask questions as we went and try out recipes, etc. between follow-ups.
The meal planning and follow up sessions were my favorite! The meal planning really helped me figure out what I need to eat in a day and it’s more than I
typically do (thank you diet culture lol). But I found that helpful along with
our follow up sessions, to ask questions, go over things like reading food
labels and nutrition myths.
Overall, I loved being able to learn more about food/nutrition in a healthy
balanced way without having to fear certain foods or cut anything out (i.e.
